**U18 - 2006 players have the option to play in U18 or Men's division
TEAM PARITY:
The Executive will build teams as best they can but there may be player movement after the first weekend of practices. To determine Team Parity coaches will be involved with:
- U9 division - "two balancing games" the first weekend
- U11 & U13 divisions - coaches will run drills/scrimmages for the first practice and Executive will assess player/team skill set
- U15 & U18 - division coordinator/executive will assess player/team skill set and will determine if any changes needed
- Note: Player Movement - We will aim to keep siblings and 1 reciprocal friend request together, if possible. Ensure your player(s) understand they may move teams after team parity is assessed.
