Team Parity Evaluations:

  • U5 & U7 divisions are develpmental and the focus will be on practicing, skill develpment and building confidence. Scrimmages are for fun and flow of the game as the players are learning the rules and how to play as a team.

  • U9-U19 evaluations - first 2 sessions will include player evaluations and equalization games as we aim for parity of teams. There will be player movement.

  • Note: friend requests will be considered but this is dependent on registration numbers, coaches, goalies, etc.

  • The Executive and Division Coordinators will build teams initially followed by team parity games for the first 1-2 sessions.

  • Coaches will be involved with running drills, scrimmages and player evaluations.

  • Coaches, Division Coordinators, Evaluators and the Executive will make every effort to balance teams however this is a very difficult task with many factors to consider such as - goalies, 1st year vs 2nd year players, sibling/friend requests, coaches/bench helpers, players in multiple sports, etc. We thank you inadvance for your understanding and patience.

  • Note: Player Movement - We will aim to keep siblings and 1 reciprocal friend request together, if possible. Ensure your player(s) understand they may be moved after team parity has been evaluated.
